What it does
-
Each booking has its own private link, with no account and no password. They can move it from the sofa.
-
When they pick a new time, the old one is freed first. The slots next to it are bookable again, not blocked by a booking that is leaving.
-
The ramp for the new time is picked for them. You do not have to re-diary it.
-
Cancel frees the slot, or the whole MOT-and-service pair, and emails them. The ramp is for sale again.
-
You get an email, and the other software you use is told too. Nobody is working off an old time.
-
That link does not appear on Google. A stranger cannot find someone else's booking.
Product benefit
Most calls to a garage are people moving an appointment
Moving a booking is the single most common reason a customer rings, and it is the call you least want to take. Handing it back to them removes the interruption without losing the slot, because the diary updates itself as they do it.
See it running on your own bays
We set up a couple of your bays in your own colours, then you take a booking through it yourself.
