What it does
-
Each ramp, lane or pit is a bay, and you say which jobs it can take. An MOT is never offered on a ramp that cannot do one.
-
It puts the job in the smallest gap that still fits. Short jobs fill holes, and long jobs keep the long gaps.
-
Hours, lunch, slot times and a gap between jobs are set per weekday. The diary matches how the workshop actually runs.
-
You can block last-minute bookings and cap how far ahead they can go. Nobody grabs a slot that starts in ten minutes while you are already full.
-
Close one ramp or the whole garage for holidays or a lift being down. Those times simply do not appear.
-
It checks again at the last second. Two cars cannot be booked onto one ramp at the same moment.
Product benefit
A double booking costs more than a missed one
The reason most garages will not put a diary online is the fear of two cars arriving for one ramp. Times here come from the ramps themselves, not from a generic calendar, and it checks again before it says yes.
See it running on your own bays
We set up a couple of your bays in your own colours, then you take a booking through it yourself.
